In the instance of a crisis, only resort to this measure if there is harm being inflicted upon the property or if a threat to life is present and unavoidable. If the maintenance can wait until regular business hours, kindly fill out the form as a non-emergency issue. Bear in mind, there may be a fee for unnecessarily requesting an emergency response.

Fire
In the event of a fire, under no circumstances should you attempt to extinguish it on your own. Swiftly evacuate the property and immediately alert the emergency services by dialing 999. Subsequently, give us a call.

Gas Leak or Smell Gas
In case of a gas leak or the presence of a gas odor, promptly evacuate the property and contact National Grid’s Gas Emergency Service by dialing 0800 111 999. Afterward, inform us of the issue by calling 0113 803 5517.

Overwhelming Water Leak or Infiltration
Should you encounter a water leak that you cannot control, whether it be internal or external, get in touch with our maintenance contractor directly. Please note, you may be held accountable for additional call-out fees if the maintenance company does not deem the situation an emergency.

If you are unable to enter your property or secure it during non-working hours, kindly reach out to the specified locksmith. It is imperative to note that any expenses incurred due to lost keys or preventable reasons will be your responsibility.
